El simlish es el lenguaje de los Sims, un juego de simulación social bastante conocido (Will Wright diseñó el juego, lo desarrolla Maxis y es distribuido por Electronic Arts y por Aspyr Media, la fecha de estreno inicial fue el año 2000). Los personajes van y vienen. Tienen vidas como las nuestras y mantienen relaciones sociales como las nuestras. Hay cooperación y conflictos. Hay familias, ciudades, trabajos, educación, deportes, cárceles, niños y viejos, partidos políticos y televisión. Los jugadores toman ciertas decisiones y los personajes hacen el resto...
